At Digital Ride, our Creative Team develops high-performing creative for multiple 8- and 9-figure DTC brands. We prioritize results, speed, and efficiency in all our campaigns.

We are looking for a Creative Strategist with strong experience in performance-driven creative. The candidate must have excellent copywriting skills, a proven ability to work quickly, and advanced proficiency using AI tools to increase both speed and quality of output. This role demands high daily creative volume and the discipline to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for generating daily creative concepts across several 8- and 9-figure brands. This includes research, ideation, copywriting, briefing, and optimization of UGC and direct-response assets for paid media platforms such as Meta and TikTok.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating content that drives online sales for DTC brands

• Advanced copywriting skills, with the ability to deliver the right message to the right audience

• Solid understanding of consumer psychology and direct-response principles

• Strong command of AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, and optimization

• Experience developing creative briefs with clear, actionable guidelines, and collaborating effectively with media buying teams

• Ability to deliver high-volume creative work without sacrificing quality or performance focus

Key Responsibilities:

• Create daily creative concepts and angles for multiple high-revenue DTC brands

• Write high-converting copy and scripts

• Develop and review creative briefs aligned with clear performance goals

• Analyze performance data and iterate quickly to squeeze the best concepts

• Monitor platform trends and top players in the DTC space, applying relevant insights to keep creative competitive

• Guide top video editors toward excellence, ensuring visuals are fully aligned with copy to reinforce the message
