The Role — Venue Manager

As a Venue Manager at Paradigma, you are responsible for the full operation of a space - from the energy on the floor to the structure behind it.

You lead by example, setting the tone for service, team culture, and daily execution. You balance operational rigor with intuition, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while keeping the experience genuine and consistent.

This is a role for someone who understands hospitality as both craft and responsibility.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Leading the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring consistency in service, product, and atmosphere
  • Building, managing and motivating a strong team, creating a culture of accountability and growth
  • Being present on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Managing budgets, costs, and performance with a clear understanding of the business
  • Anticipating and solving operational challenges quickly and effectively
  • Ensuring all health, safety and HACCP standards are met and maintained
  • Overseeing opening/closing procedures and overall operational discipline
  • Working closely with HQ to align processes, standards and improvements across venues

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in hospitality, with proven leadership roles
  • Strong operational knowledge across both front and back of house
  • Comfortable with numbers, planning and decision-making
  • A natural leader: clear, present, and able to bring people together
  • Strong communicator, with a calm and structured approach
  • High standards, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
