We're hiring: Business Manager — Porto / Northern Portugal

Nimber is growing.

We're looking for a Business Manager with commercial energy, market vision and the drive to build something with real impact.

Not someone who just "does prospecting".

Someone who creates relationships, opens doors, understands technology, challenges clients and turns opportunities into real business.

## The challenge

develop business across Northern Portugal;

build relationships with clients in the IT market;

manage a commercial pipeline with focus and ambition;

work closely with recruitment and delivery teams;

help Nimber grow across IT Consulting, Nearshore, Tailor-Made Projects, Cybersecurity and AI.

## The profile

experience in IT Consulting, Outsourcing or Nearshore;

knowledge of the Northern Portugal market;

ability to open clients and manage relationships;

autonomy, ambition and ownership;

strong commercial energy — the kind that doesn't come from a PowerPoint slide.
