Job Description:

We are looking for an experiencedHR IT Program Managerto lead HR IT initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and will be comfortable working with multiple vendors in a complex organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage HR IT programs and projects to ensure successful delivery
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and vendors to drive initiatives forward
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and program outcomes
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across programs
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong program management experience
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Hands-on experience withSAP SuccessFactors

  • Ability to manage expectations in demanding environments
  • Experience working in multinational or multi-vendor settings
