What do you need to be SMARTBACK END DEVELOPER?

• Strong experience building backend systems withPython and TypeScript(4+ years, academic experience mandatory)
• Solid understanding ofRESTful APIs
• Experience with databases likeMongoDB, focusing on schema design, optimization, and integrity
• Hands-on knowledge ofAWS cloud best practices
• Excellent English and Portuguese skills (mandatory for daily communication)
• Strong soft skills – teamwork, clear communication, autonomy, and proactivity
• Based in Lisbon, able to work2 days/week in the office

🚀 Nice to have:

• Experience withGIT, Docker, and Data Structures
• Previous experience inInsurtech, AI, or startups
