As a leader of the Onboarding domain, you will be accountable for delivering a seamless, intuitive, and high-converting onboarding experience. You’ll drive the strategy and execution for guiding new users through the critical initial steps of their Kraken journey – ensuring they feel safe, informed, and empowered to take meaningful action from day one.In this role, you will own key metrics across signup, verification, and onboarding to drive stronger user acquisition. You will operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on individual contributor with a passion for user behavior and product optimization at scale. Your work will be critical to Kraken’s mission of accelerating the global adoption of crypto.The opportunity
