• We find the client, you focus on the work. Our team matches you with clients whose needs fit your background. You decide which engagements to take.
• One client at a time, two if half-time.
• We handle contracts, invoicing, and payments. You get paid monthly, on time, in your preferred currency. No chasing.
• You work directly inside the client's team. Proxify isn't in the room between you and the client. You're embedded, owning outcomes.
• Long-term relationship with us, not a single placement. When one engagement ends, if you prove yourself, we line up the Seguinte.

About the role

You'll work as a freelance Product Manager on long-term engagements with Proxify clients, the same way our tech experts do today. Full-time, remote, paid monthly, embedded directly in the client's team.

Clients come to us when they need a PM who can ship: discovery, scoping, prioritisation, working closely with engineering and design, talking to users, owning outcomes. Many of these engagements start with a vague brief and a team that needs someone senior to bring clarity fast.

What you'll do

• Own product outcomes and lead product work inside a client team
• Lead discovery directly with users, customers, and stakeholders
• Translate messy context into clear, scoped, shippable work
• Partner closely with engineers and designers (other Proxify network talent and client employees) to deliver
• Exactly how the work looks naturally depends on the client and their needs, however, we only match you with roles relevant to your experience

You're a fit if you are/have

• 5+ years in product, with senior ownership of at least one product end-to-end
• Comfortable being the senior product person in the room, guiding clients to the right call
• Used to jumping into a new client or team context and helping them get to clarity quickly
• Ideally have worked as a freelance, contract, or fractional PM before
• Strong at discovery and prioritisation, with real examples of trade-offs you've made
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Available for a full-time freelance engagement (around 40 hours/week), in most cases with a single client at a time
