We are partnering with a leading global insurer undergoing an ambitious transformation journey across Iberia.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operations and transformation leader to redefine and modernise a critical business function, leveraging digitalisation, automation, AI, and data-driven decision making to create a future-ready operating model.

This role goes far beyond traditional Policy Administration. We are seeking a leader who can challenge the status quo, simplify complexity, inspire teams, and drive meaningful change across the organisation.

About the Opportunity

As Policy Administration & Transformation Manager, you will lead the evolution of the Policy Administration function across Espanha and Portugal, ensuring operational excellence while shaping the future of customer experience and service delivery.

You will play a pivotal role in transforming processes, embedding new technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will help define and deliver the Seguinte stage of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the transformation roadmap for the Policy Administration function across Iberia.
• Challenge existing processes and operating models, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Drive the adoption of AI, workflow optimisation, data analytics, and digital solutions to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
• Ensure operational excellence across day-to-day activities while balancing long-term transformation initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs focused on quality, customer experience, productivity, and scalability.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a large, multi-País team through periods of change and growth.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Customer Service, Compliance, and Commercial teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on transformation and operational strategy.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will combine strong operational leadership with a genuine passion for transformation, innovation, and customer-centricity. They will bring a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives, challenging established ways of working, and leveraging technology to drive operational excellence and business impact.

We are seeking an inspiring and resilient leader, capable of navigating complexity, influencing diverse stakeholders, and fostering engagement across teams with varying levels of change readiness. The ability to balance strategic vision with executional excellence will be essential to succeed in this role.

Experience gained within insurance, banking, consulting, or other regulated industries will be highly valued, particularly where digital transformation, automation, AI, and data-driven decision making have played a central role.

An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification would be considered an asset. Fluency in English is essential, while Spanish and/or Portuguese would be advantageous. Availability for occasional travel across Iberia is required.
