Laskasas Group is a leading Portuguese premium furniture and lighting producer, selling its items in own stores and to professional partners in Portugal and around the world. With an aggressive plan to expand internationally, through current and new business models, we are seeking to strengthen our commercial team for international markets, recruiting for SALES DEVELOPER (M/F) Cargo to work in Rebordosa, Porto.

Main Responsabilities:

• Prospect new clients;
• Establish new business;
• Demonstrate and present products and services;
• Manage leads and identify business opportunities;
• Maintain accurate records on CRM;
• Manage, organize, and update Empresa/customer data on an ongoing basis
• Review sales performance;
• Work towards monthly or annual targets;
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings;
• Meet with clients virtually or during on-site sales visits;

Minimum requirements:

• Experienced in the use of CRM, including Activity Planning;
• Experience in B2B sales and customer management;
• Self-motivated and driven by targets;
• Resilience;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – including both verbal and written;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese;
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others;
• Commercial awareness;
• IT literate with knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
• Numerical skills.
