You’ll be their first point of contact for questions or issues.Your Tasks
  • 📞 Answer questions by phone and email
  • 🔍 Diagnose issues using helpful tools and 60 step-by-step processes
  • 🛠️ Use online resources, like YouTube tutorials, to support customers
  • 📦 Give updates on orders and delivery
  • 🛌 Assist with small repairs or direct bigger issues to the right department
  • 💡 Give product information and solve complaints in a friendly way
  • 🖥️ Work with 3 support systems/software tools
  • 🛒 Cross-selling skills are a bonus!
What We’re Looking For
  • 🇮🇹 Proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken
  • 🇬🇧 English (B2)
  • 💬 Great communication skills
  • 💡 Interest in tech and home appliances
  • 🧩 Problem-solving mindset
  • 🤝 Team player with a positive attitude
  • 📈 Sales or cross-selling experience
