What are we looking for?

• Relevant professional experience (ideally 1-3 years) in IT;
• Solid experience in operating system administration (Linux/Unix), including scripting, hardening, and tuning;
• Proven experience in maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of application servers and services (e.g., Apache, NGINX, HAProxy, MySQL);
• Strong troubleshooting skills (including post-mortem analysis), with an understanding of client-server architectures, networking, load balancing, APIs, and communication protocols;
• Familiarity with monitoring and operational support platforms (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus);
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, Go);
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and practices;
• Familiarity with operational automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Helm);
• Knowledge of implementing services (new and migrations) in Cloud environments (e.g., IaaS, Kubernetes) and/or GCP;
• Awareness of ITIL processes and best practices for system and application security;
• Proficiency in Portuguese (mandatory) and good comprehension of English;
• Experience with AI is a plus.
