What our business developers do?

■ Conduct thorough market analysis

■ Identify promising areas and properties while engaging with property owners

■ Actively search for suitable properties

■ Responsively interact with potential clients

■ Perform property valuations

■ Promote and sell Engel & Völkers services to property owners

■ Foster and expand your network with real estate developers

■ Provide regular feedback to property owners and developers

Requirements:

■ Fluent in both English and Portuguese (must have)

■ Proficient in CRM software and Office/Google Workspace

■ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

■ Proven background in sales

■ Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs

■ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

■ Demonstrated persistence and proactivity

■ Driver`s license and work permit (must have)
