Role: IT Talent Acquisition

Localização: On-site Oeiras, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

2+ years of experience in similar roles

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (not a mandatory requirement)

Previous experience in IT recruitment and selection

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organization, dynamism, and results-oriented

Knowledge of recruitment tools and job platforms

Challenges and responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and selection processes

Publish job postings and screen resumes

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates

Manage and update the candidate database

Monitor employee onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes

Support the administrative management of Human Resources

Ensure compliance with procedures and best practices.
