• We are looking for a Project Manager (Non-IT) who will:
• Lead and support a Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation project
• Assess and map existing processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Design and help implement new operating models, team structures, and activity frameworks
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive project execution from analysis through implementation
• Develop executive presentations and reporting materials using PowerPoint and Excel
• Support change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within Management Consulting or Business Transformation environments
• Strong experience in process analysis, operating model design, and organizational transformation
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders
• Fluent English
• Previous consulting background is highly valued

Localização: Lisboa | Hybrid

Level of Experience: Senior (+5 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
