German Customer Advisor – Remote from Portugal

Remote | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We're looking for a fluent German & English speaker to join the customer support team of one of Europe's leading telecommunications companies. Fully remote from Portugal, with a package that reflects the value of your language skills.

What you'll be doing

You'll be supporting German-speaking customers across multiple channels, solving issues, answering questions, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

• Support customers via phone, email and chat in German
• Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues
• Guide customers through products, services and platform features
• Collect feedback to help improve the service
• Deliver a consistently great customer experience

What we're looking for

• Fluent German + English (C1/C2), mandatory
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
• Good communicator, calm under pressure, solution-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

The package

Base salary €920/month

Performance bonus up to €360/month

Language allowance (DE+EN) €500/month

Meal allowance ~€214/month

Assiduity allowance €110/month

Flex work allowance €60/month

Total potential: ~€2,164/month
