Cross Border Talents is currently hiring French-speaking professionals for an on-site Customer Service opportunity in Braga, Portugal.

6-month renewable contract

French: Fluent/C2
English: B2 minimum
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through phone interactions while helping resolve account and service-related inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented way.
The role focuses strongly on:
Customer communication
Problem-solving
Customer satisfaction
Relationship management
Professional and empathetic support
Main Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer requests by phone
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Maintain high-quality customer experience standards
Manage customer cases following internal procedures
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction during interactions
Work collaboratively within an international team environment
Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional and empathetic approach with customers
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday:
07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Saturday:
08:00 – 15:00
Days Off:
Sunday + 1 rotational day off
Salary & Benefits:
€930 gross/month (14 salaries)
Performance Bonus: €155 gross/month (12 payments)
Important:
Candidates must already have Portuguese work authorisation or EU citizenship.
