Confidential Job Opportunity: F&B Service Coordinator (Hotel Operations)

We are looking for an experienced F&B Service Coordinator to oversee the day‑to‑day service operations of a high‑quality hotel. This role includes the coordination of breakfast service, lunch and dinner operations, and room service, ensuring a smooth and consistent guest experience across all outlets.

About the Role

The F&B Service Coordinator will support and guide the front‑of‑house team, uphold service standards, and ensure that all F&B service points operate efficiently. This Cargo plays a key role in guest satisfaction, team coordination, and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service.
• Support, guide, and motivate the service team, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and daily task distribution.
• Welcome guests, provide menu and wine recommendations, and ensure attentive service.
• Assist in the coordination of events, private functions, and special service setups.
• Manage guest feedback and support issue resolution with a proactive approach.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to optimize service flow.
• Contribute to administrative tasks such as stock control, ordering, and operational reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Maître/Restaurant Manager, or 3–5 years as Assistant Manager/Supervisor in upscale hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of gastronomy, service standards, and wine service.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong guest‑service mindset.
• Fluency in Portugues, English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with F&B operational systems and MS Office.
• Hospitality or F&B management education is valued.
