Summary 

• Werktijden: Fulltime, 40 uur/week (mogelijk in ploegen, afhankelijk van het project)
• Opleiding: Minimaal middelbare schooldiploma (MBO-niveau of gelijkwaardig)
• Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands (NL) C1/C2 is een must en goed Engels (UK) B2 of hoger
• Contract: Bepaalde tijd, met optie tot verlenging of vast contract

• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt diverse vragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat.

• Je verstrekt nauwkeurige informatie over producten en diensten.
• Je registreert alle interacties in het CRM-systeem en volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op.
