The Tecnimede Academy, is a 9-month, full-time professional internship program, starting in September 2026 and this is your opportunity to join a Empresa that master’s the entire lifecycle of a drug, from R&D to Production and Commercialization with a presence in more than 100 countries.

If you have a background in HR or related areas, determination and a strong willingness to learn, this opportunity is for you.

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team and support a wide range of HR activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and learn about different areas of Human Resources in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and selection processes;
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees;
• Provide support in HR administrative activities;
• Help organize learning and development initiatives;
• Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement projects;
• Support other day-to-day Human Resources activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented;
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
