To lead our growth in the market, we are looking for the Seguinte key person to keep driving change: Platform Development Lead in Portugal.

Your Impact on the Project

From your Cargo in the Business Development department, reporting directly to the B2B Director, your work will have a direct impact on our expansion in Portugal, helping thousands of people move with freedom and confidence.

What will you do with us?

• Define and lead the go-to-market strategy for our platform in the Portuguese market, aligning it with our sales plans, service portfolio, and overall Empresa strategy.
• Build and scale strategic partnerships in Portugal, driving new client acquisition and identifying high-value market opportunities.
• Lead negotiations of interoperability agreements with other operators in the market, representing Zunder at a strategic level.
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities arising from partners, suppliers, and existing clients, translating them into scalable growth initiatives.
• Own and manage the Portuguese client portfolio, ensuring revenue retention and growth, and driving concrete commercial actions (industry events, trade fairs, seminars, etc.).
• Design and execute action plans to meet and exceed annual targets, with full ownership of results in the Portuguese market.
• Analyze the electric mobility market at both national and international level, identifying new avenues for expansion of our software solutions.
• Act as the senior point of contact between clients and our technical and operations teams, ensuring requirements are properly translated into effective project execution.
• Report directly to the B2B Director, contributing to the definition of the department's strategic roadmap.

What are we looking for in you?

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or similar.
• Solid experience (5+ years) in business development, partnerships, or platform/product leadership roles, ideally within the electric mobility, energy, or tech sectors.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of the electric mobility sector and its key players, with proven experience generating and managing strategic partnerships and leads.
• Results-driven mindset with strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Advanced level of Portuguese and English (B2-C1), both written and spoken.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• High autonomy and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Highly valued: prior experience in the electric sector, with solid knowledge of electric mobility and charging infrastructure.
• Availability to travel.
