We're Hiring | Customer Service Analyst

We are looking for a Customer Service Analyst to join our MP&L team, ensuring effective customer relationship management, production planning, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer communication and delivery requirements
• Support production planning and finished goods inventory control
• Coordinate critical delivery situations with customers and internal teams
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve logistics-related issues
• Act as the link between customers and internal departments during new program launches

Profile

• University degree
• Previous experience in Logistics
• Fluent English is mandatory (German or French is a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
