As 33N Ventures launches new strategies, someone has to own the operational machinery behind each fund. We're growing our Fund Operations team, and we're looking for the person who will help supervise our service providers and support a wide range of activities across the firm.
We partner with best-in-class fund service providers — and we need someone to make sure every number ties. The internal brain behind everything that keeps our funds running.
What you'll own
• Oversight and control of our fund administrator — you hold them to the standard
• Coordination of the full service-provider stack: depositary, auditors, legal and tax advisors
• Review of NAV calculations and regulatory reporting (CMVM and beyond)
• Internal and investor reporting that actually helps us make better decisions
• A hand in LP communications, events and the day-to-day that keeps 33N running
What we're looking for
• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance or similar
• 3–5 years in fund operations, accounting, audit, compliance or fund management
• Genuinely good with detail — the kind of person who spots the broken cross-reference before anyone else
• Fluent in English, ideally also in Spanish. Strong in Excel
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable being the person who owns the answer
Where you'll work
Our office is in Porto and this role is primarily on-site — but for the right person we're open to a remote arrangement within Portugal. You'll be working alongside a global team backing some of the best tech companies in the world.
