Main Responsibilities
  • Collect and process information related to client onboarding procedures, fostering a dynamic and mutually supportive work environment.
  • Track and monitor the progress of different processes, taking proactive action to resolve issues, managing pending items directly with the teams and with our clients, ensuring an agile and effective response.
  • Conduct analyses and quality tests on our processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation, always in coordination with colleagues and in support of the teams involved.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of processes and the quality of information, working collaboratively to achieve high standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate in various support activities, strengthening teamwork and relationships with our people and our clients.
