We are a boutique executive search firm advising Boards and CEOs of major international businesses on their most senior leadership appointments. We operate at the most prominent level of global commerce, helping determine who leads some of the world's most influential companies.

Headquartered in London with a growing presence in Lisbon, we are looking for an exceptional Associate to join us in Portugal.
The role
You will work directly alongside the firm's leadership on live executive search assignments for international clients. This is not a back-office role. From day one you will be involved in research, market mapping, candidate identification, client preparation and the intellectual work that sits at the heart of senior executive search.
The breadth of exposure is unusual. You will learn how global businesses think about leadership, governance and succession — directly from the executives running them.
