Join us as a Finance Manager (Junior), based in Lisbon / Setúbal

Responsibilities

• Support the financial and operational analysis of the business, with a strong focus on collections, invoicing, costs, purchasing, and day-to-day financial performance.
• Work comfortably across Excel and other management platforms to organize data, build analyses, and support decision-making.
• Review and interpret financial statements and accounting elements, including trial balances and supporting financial reports.
• Help improve financial processes and bring structure to a fast-growing business environment.
• Develop a strong understanding of how the Empresa operates end to end, connecting financial data with operational reality.
• Contribute with a proactive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn across different finance topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, preferably from a top business school.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in finance, audit, consulting, accounting, or similar areas.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working in Excel.
• Dynamic, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of how a business operates, with the ability to connect financial and operational insights.
• As a plus, the ability to analyze financial statements and accounting documents in a structured and critical way.

What We Offer

• Compensation package up to €25,000 gross annual, adjusted to the candidate’s profile, including meal allowance and variable compensation.
