About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Data Engineer to join our team and build scalable, cloud-native data platforms using Microsoft technologies.

Core responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and architectures.
Develop scalable data models, warehouses, and lakehouse solutions.
Implement data quality, lineage, monitoring, and documentation best practices.
Drive cloud-native data engineering using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse.
Mentor engineers and promote technical best practices across the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance data solutions.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or equivalent cloud platforms.
Expertise in Python, SQL, and Spark.
Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data architecture.
Knowledge of DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication skills and English proficiency (B2+).
