Werk als Account Executive in Madrid en sluit je aan bij een innovatief technologiebedrijf dat AI- en Machine Learning-oplossingen ontwikkelt voor e-commercebedrijven wereldwijd. Deze functie is ideaal voor commerciële professionals die ervaring hebben met outbound B2B-sales, het beheren van de volledige salescyclus en het behalen van ambitieuze verkoopdoelstellingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen van nieuwe klantrelaties, het geven van productdemo's en het succesvol afsluiten van abonnementen. Je werkt met moderne AI-oplossingen en ontvangt uitgebreide training, aantrekkelijke commissies en uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Alleen kandidaten die momenteel in Spanje wonen en vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreken, komen in aanmerking. Minimaal 6 maanden relevante verkoopervaring is verplicht. Er wordt geen relocatieondersteuning aangeboden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Beheer de volledige salescyclus van eerste contact tot contractondertekening.
  • Benader nieuwe zakelijke klanten via outbound prospecting en cold calling.
  • Voer online productdemonstraties en verkoopgesprekken.
  • Begeleid klanten tijdens gratis proefperiodes en converteer deze naar betalende abonnementen.
  • Draag nieuwe klanten over aan het Customer Experience-team.
  • Verwerk dagelijks ongeveer 80 tot 100 outbound telefoongesprekken.
  • Behaal KPI's voor gesprekken, demo's, conversies en maandelijkse omzet.
  • Bouw langdurige relaties op met zakelijke klanten.
  • Presenteer innovatieve AI-, Machine Learning- en SaaS-oplossingen.
  • Werk nauw samen met interne teams om klanttevredenheid te maximaliseren.
Functie-eisen
  • Nederlands op moedertaalniveau of C2.
  • Engels op moedertaalniveau of C2.
  • Minimaal 6 maanden tot 6 jaar ervaring als Account Executive, SDR, BDR of in outbound B2B-sales.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het behalen of overtreffen van verkoopdoelstellingen.
  • Ervaring met de verkoop van SaaS, Software, AI, Machine Learning, Technologie, Search Technology, E-commerce of Enterprise-oplossingen is een sterke pré.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in cold calling.
  • Sterke KPI- en resultaatgerichte instelling.
  • Goede communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Beschikbaar om samen te werken met Amerikaanse tijdzones indien nodig.
  • Woonachtig in Spanje is verplicht.

Join an innovative AI and Machine Learning technology Empresa as an Account Executive based in Madrid, Espanha. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales professionals who thrive in outbound B2B sales, consistently exceed targets, and want to build a long-term career in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing subscriptions, while representing cutting-edge AI-powered solutions trusted by businesses worldwide.

Only candidates currently residing in Espanha with native or bilingual Dutch and professional English language skills will be considered. A minimum of 6 months of relevant sales experience is mandatory. Candidates with experience selling SaaS, Software, AI, Machine Learning, Search Technology, Digital Commerce, or Enterprise Solutions will receive priority consideration. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations and client meetings.
  • Guide prospects through free trial periods and convert them into paying customers.
  • Transfer newly acquired customers to the Customer Experience team.
  • Handle approximately 80–100 outbound calls every day.
  • Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions, and monthly recurring revenue.
  • Build long-term relationships with business clients.
  • Present innovative AI and Machine Learning solutions to decision makers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to maximize customer success.
Requirements
  • Native or bilingual Dutch.
  • Professional English (C1/C2).
  • Minimum 6 months to 6 years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive, SDR, BDR, Business Development Representative, or similar outbound sales role.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS, Software, AI, Machine Learning, Technology, Search Technology, Digital Commerce, or Enterprise Solutions is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls every day.
  • Strong KPI and performance-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Availability to collaborate with US business hours when required.
  • Must currently reside in Espanha.
