Senior Business Analyst

• Contract Type: Full Time Freelance / Contract
• Localização: 2 days in the Lisbon office
• Rate: Day rate dependant on experience

As a Salesforce C360 Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing solutions that leverage the Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud platforms to meet the unique needs of our luxury brands. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, data analysis, and process optimization will be essential in driving successful implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements specific to our Maisons
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement
• Gather and document functional requirements, translating business needs into clear, concise specifications
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT) to design Salesforce solutions aligned to business goals
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases (SIT & UAT) in collaboration with Developers and QA, while actively participating in Agile ceremonies
• Work closely with the Support team to ensure smooth production operations and business continuity
• Provide guidance and ongoing support to users on Salesforce functionality and processes
• Champion a customer-Primeira mindset, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous service improvement
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver Salesforce enhancements and integrations successfully
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, identifying opportunities for innovation within a luxury brand environment

Required Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce implementations and configurations
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry (processes, trends, customer expectations) is a plus
• Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, workflows, Process Builder, reports, and dashboards
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and management within Salesforce
• Strong experience in Agile delivery
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent proficiency in English; additional languages appreciated
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• You will join a dynamic, high-impact team and play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious luxury brands. This is a global programme, collaborating with highly distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones, offering exposure to complex, cross-border projects and strategic business initiatives.
