In this role you will be responsible for

• Track the progress of projects, contributing to the monitoring of the quality, time, cost and capacity of the teams.
• Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the project portfolio.
• Support the standardization of templates and documents used by the project management team and ways of working.
• Participate in the structuring of processes and workflows, promoting operational efficiency.
• Use tools such as Jira, Easy/Power BI, Excel, Sharepoint and Confluence to centralize and present information.

We believe that the right profile for this internship should have / be:

• Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related areas.
• Theoretical knowledge about traditional (PMBOK, PRINCE2) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) project management methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
• Ability to analyse and present data through visual reports and dashboards.
• Organization and attention to detail in the management of documentation and processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and structural competence.
• Responsible and a team player.
• Speaking and writing English fluently.
• Speaking and writing German is a plus.
