About the role

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the execution and optimization of our paid acquisition channels. In this role, you will be the primary operator responsible for managing our ad infrastructure, executing high-velocity creative testing, and optimizing for core business outcomes (Contribution Margin and CAC).

Reporting to the Growth Manager, you will play a key role in scaling our ad accounts beyond "maintenance mode" — solving for audience saturation, ad fatigue, and attribution signal loss in a mature, high-volume environment.

What we’re looking for

• Advanced Paid Social Execution: You have deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (and ideally TikTok or Google). You don't just "push buttons", you understand bid strategies, targeting, campaign structure, auction dynamics, and how to manage the algorithm’s learning phase.
• Creative Strategy and Iteration: You understand that creative is today's primary targeting lever. You can analyze ad fatigue, identify winning hooks, and write clear, data-backed briefs for designers to produce high-volume iterations (UGC, Static, Video) week over week.
• Attribution and Tracking: You are comfortable implementing MMP tools, troubleshooting event and find alternative methods for mobile attribution. You understand the challenge of iOS (SKAdNetwork) and know how to triangulate data between ad platforms and backend.
• Financial Ownership: You manage budgets based on CAC targets and Contribution Margin, not vanity metrics like ROAS or CTR. You treat the budget as if it were your own money and can justify every euro spent.
• Experimental Ownership: You are a rigorous tester. You know how to set up clean A/B tests (Lift Studies, Split Tests) to validate new audiences or channels without disrupting the performance of your core "always-on" campaigns.

OSCAR has already proven product-market fit and operates at scale across multiple European markets. Our paid growth engine is powerful, but it faces the classic challenges of a mature account: rising costs and attribution complexity.

The Seguinte phase will be defined by how efficiently we can scale against these headwinds. This is a rare opportunity for a technical specialist to manage a six-figure monthly budget, build a robust creative testing framework, and directly influence the unit economics of a high-growth marketplace.
