What we're looking for:

• 1+ years of hands-on involvement in Oracle HCM development;
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data models;
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
• Good command of English and French (spoken and written) for working in an international environment.
