We are seeking a passionate and proactive Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing strategies for our key wellness brands: Serenity, Active by Serenity, and Pure.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing efforts for Serenity, Active, and Pure wellness brands. Based in Albufeira, Algarve, this role requires 3+ years of experience in marketing management. You will manage digital channels, digital marketing campaigns, PR & Communications, agency relationships, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the brand and business goals, ensuring measurable impact.
• Oversee content creation for websites, press, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with wellness trends and audience interests.
• Optimize website content for search engines, managing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance visibility, traffic and conversions.
• Manage and grow Serenity´s presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers responding to queries, and fostering a strong online community through interactive content.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Collaborate with influencers and wellness advocates to enhance brand credibility and reach.
• Monitor key metrics (KPIs), analyze performance data, and generate reports to optimize marketing efforts. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other platforms for data-driven decision-making.
• Identify strategic partnerships within the wellness industry to expand reach and engagement, including sponsorships, co-branding opportunities, and affiliate programs.
• Plan and supervise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other relevant digital platforms, optimizing budget alLocalização for maximum ROAS.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brands ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in wellness, hospitality or lifestyle.
• Expertise in websites, social media, digital marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking abilities, and work under pressure.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping.
• Experience in developing video marketing, influencer marketing, and user-generated content strategies.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
