What are we looking for? Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments
• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration (RHEL, SLES, or similar);
• Knowledge of OS performance tuning for low-latency and mission-critical applications;
• Experience with virtualization and container technologies;
• Professional experience supporting production server infrastructure in high-availability environments;
• Experience with server hardware, data center build-outs, and OS migrations;
• Comfortable with scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or similar languages;
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and services adoption;
• Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in distributed environments;
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Windows Server and NAS administration;
• Knowledge of trading systems or financial services infrastructure;
• Experience automating infrastructure and operational processes;
• Interest in researching emerging technologies and defining technology roadmaps;
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
