About the role

We are looking for an HR Manager to develop and implement of Human Resources strategies and corporate policies in order to attract, integrate, develop and retain the best professionals, to enable the Group achieve their strategic objectives.

Functions and responsibilities:

• Implement Human Resources policies
• Implement and develop Human Resources projects: Performance, Talent, Development, etc
• Labour relations management.
• Manage, analyse and report Human Resources KPIs for each business unit at País level, with a particular focus on headcount, staff costs, absenteeism, overtime, training and accidents at work.
• Management of providers in the following areas: administrative, payroll, temporary labour, health and safety, health and life insurance, legal support, training, recruitment and development.
• Member of País Management Committee.
• Define, ensure and update internal procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience of 10yrs in payroll, talent development, labour relations, L&D and performance policy.
• Experience in human resources team leadership with a 360º vision of HR function .
• Degree in Law, Human Resources, Management and/or Economics.
• High level of English and Spanish desirable.
• Previous experience in multinational companies and multicultural environments
• Results oriented professional and analytics skills are mandatories.
