As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.## YOUR ROLE* Define and execute the Empresa’s strategic vision and long-term goals.* Establish and scale the Tech Hub, including talent strategy, governance model, and operating framework.* Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion.* Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.* Lead and develop the executive leadership team.* Act as the key interface between business, IT, and external partners, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.* Ensure strong financial performance, budgeting, and cost management.* Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.* Promote a high-performance culture.* Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and corporate governance requirements.* Align with international standards and Group policies.## YOUR PROFILE* Strong expertise in financial modeling and business analytics, supporting strategic decision-making.* Proven ability in data-driven decision-making.* Solid understanding of CRM and ERP systems and their business applications.* Awareness of digital transformation and technology strategy.* Experience with KPI tracking, reporting tools, and performance management.* Skilled in market analysis and competitive intelligence.* In-depth understanding of IT delivery models.* Experience in large-scale system implementations.* Capability in technology organization design and scaling.* Strong skills in vendor and partnership management.## WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE* At Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
