The role

The Sales Administration & Logistics Specialist guarantees that the products delivered correspond to the order placed by the customer in terms of price, quantities and deadlines. He also provides support to ensure the good accounting situation and customer satisfaction in the area. You would report directly to the Department Manager.

Key accountabilities

• Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicing.
• Ensure smooth and effective delivery tracking.
• Follow the payment tracking with Finance team.
• Resolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries, manage damaged deliveries and input the credit note into the system.
• Make a daily update on the common tracking tool.
• Management of close communication with the customers.
• Develop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, and customer reports.
• Daily contact with the local platforms in Espanha and other offices around Europe.
• Relevant work and reports related to sales forecast management and planning.

Your profile

• 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain in a similar Cargo.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualifications.
• Confirmed trainings in Logistics / Sales administration.
• Languages: the person must be fluent in English and Portuguese. Chinese will be valued.
• Interest in developing successful experience in logistics and supply chain.
• Proficient in Excel. SAP working knowledge will be valued.
• Able to work under pressure and have efficient communication with all TCL stakeholders.
