We are hiring a Fundraising Manager.
As the Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role in executing fundraising initiatives, with a focus on scholarship funding, individual giving, and flagship campaigns such as digital engagement tools. Working closely with senior fundraising leadership, you will support the delivery of Nova SBE's 2026–2028 Fundraising Plan, contributing to an ambitious €13.3M revenue target and key institutional priorities like Endowment Fund. In this role, you will help translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure effective coordination across initiatives.
You will design and execute fundraising initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups, including students, alumni, corporate and institutional partners, and the wider community, activating key moments such as Nova SBE's institutional events, executive education programmes, and other flagship initiatives like the Donors Ball.
A central responsibility will be managing a commercial fundraising pipeline, support identifying opportunities and driving the full cycle from prospecting to securing funding. You will also lead the Fundraising Communication Plan, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging in close collaboration with the Communications team (generate impact awareness and fundraising).
The role includes continuous stewardship of donors and partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships through proactive engagement and a high-quality donor experience. Working closely with internal teams and senior fundraising leadership, you will ensure effective coordination, execution, and alignment of fundraising initiatives across the organisation.
