We are seeking an experienced Hotel Finance Executive to join our team in Albufeira. The ideal candidate must have a stable career background within the hospitality industry, real estate trading, or travel agency sector, with strong financial management experience.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations of the hotel
• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, and cash flow reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor revenue streams, cost control, and profitability
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese financial regulations
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making

• Proven experience in hotel finance / hospitality accounting (preferred)
• Background in real estate trading or travel agency finance will also be considered
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Good understanding of hospitality revenue cycles
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Stable employment history
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Fluency in English (Portuguese is an advantage)
