We are currently looking for a customer-oriented, proactive and positive person to join our growing team in Lisbon.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, supporting them throughout their journey with our products and services. Your main goal will be to ensure they understand, adopt and get real value from the platform.

You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, answering their questions, managing incidents and guiding them in the effective use of the platform, always aiming to deliver a smooth and reliable experience.

You will also collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to identify recurring needs, share feedback and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customer requests, focusing on clear solutions and a positive experience
  • Guide customers in the use of the platform, ensuring adoption and value perception
  • Monitor your customer portfolio, identifying needs, risks of churn and opportunities to improve their experience
  • Support subscription renewals by reinforcing the value of the service.
  • Manage and follow up on incidents until resolution, ensuring proper communication with the client
  • Identify recurring issues and customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Keep customer information and interactions updated in the CRM

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, customer success, account management or similar roles
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain things clearly
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with interest in understanding needs and helping clients succeed
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to improve processes
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish in a professional context
