Working Hours

Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Later schedule (to be confirmed by client): 24/7 rotational shifts

About the Role

Join an international team as a Customer Service Specialist supporting Hungarian-speaking customers in a dynamic international e-commerce environment. In this role, you will provide high-quality service, handle customer inquiries efficiently, manage peak periods during promotions, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain strong knowledge of leading e-commerce products and services.
Provide outstanding customer support with empathy and clear decision-making.
Handle customer communication professionally via phone, email, and chat.
Manage high volumes of customer contacts during promotional periods.

Requirements

Fluent Hungarian (spoken and written)
Good English level (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of e-commerce environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused under pressure

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €920/month × 14 months
Performance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months
Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
Welcome Bonus: Paid monthly during the Primeira year (1/12 per month)
Health Insurance: From day 1 (employee contribution required, free after 6 months)
Permanent contract after the trial period
