MARTI Collection is scaling and we’re building a digital-Primeira fashion brand.

We’re looking for someone who actually gets social media.

Not someone who simply likes Instagram.

Someone who understands trends before they explode.

Someone who notices fonts, vibes, lighting, and aesthetics.

If you love fashion and believe creativity and organization must go hand in hand, keep reading.

You’ll work directly with our Creative Founder, helping turn ideas into scroll-stopping content. Consistently. Not randomly.

This is not a “watch and learn” internship.

It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and execution-focused.

What you’ll be doing

• Helping shape and execute our content strategy
• Planning and scheduling posts for Instagram & TikTok
• Creating and editing short-form videos and visuals
• Scouting and communicating with creators
• Managing gifting and follow-ups
• Helping plan and organize brand shootings
• Researching trends (and spotting them early)
• Bringing new content ideas to the table

Who you are

• Eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship
• Obsessed with fashion, aesthetics & digital culture
• You notice details others don’t
• Creative but also structured
• Comfortable working with deadlines and calendars
• Organized and proactive
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English
• Excited to work on-site and be part of the team

Bonus points if you’ve used:

• Canva, CapCut, Instagram/TikTok editing tools, Notion, etc.
