Communication & Branding Specialist

⚙What will you do?

• Organize a communication kit to share with the countries highlighting services SBS provides, languages experiences, successes, achievements.
• SBS Branding: Internally, in collaboration with HR, create ongoing and innovative engagement programs to continuously evolve our employer brand: promotion across SBS of success stories; office communication: branding, posters, newsletters, events, etc
• SBS Branding: Toward SBS customer, promote SBS: create visual branding of SBS, organize communication materials regarding SBS & employees (video, newsletter, best practice sharing, or any other facts that could motivate SBS collaboration)
• Facilitate feedback: prepare an online questionnaire for every “user” of the Shared Service centre to evaluate service, manage collective feedback and work with SBS Domain lead to define appropriate answers
• Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
• ▪ Build relationships with key internal partners (e.g. comms, wellness, and inclusion) to gather internal resources to help to build a strategy around diversity & inclusion, social responsibility, and quality of life.
• Organize, prepare, and moderate SBS webinars.
• Ensure that the brand image and Empresa guidelines, regarding communication and corporate image, are properly communicate and followed.
• Identify partners and platforms to help amplify and Cargo the SBS brand among key talent.
• Plan and execute branding, working closely with recruitment to facilitate participation in recruitment events internal and external.
