Follow up the implementation of the programs in the plant and the plant activities associated with new products and current models. 2. Keep the products time plan updated and align with program time plan. 3.Following the Managers in the information of all the plant representatives about the main program milestones and important decisions made 5. Secure that the product design is aligned with manufacturing process best practices. Follow up regular Manufacturing Design Reviews 6. Execute Launch Readiness Reviews (LRR) 7. Highlight Risks, Issues and Opportunities (using eP). 8. Prepare Gate reviews 9. Follow up the managers on promoting meetings with stake holders to secure build events in due time. 10. Capture the lessons learned and share it with team members 11. Capture the launch cost and project expenses 12. Create investment requisitions (PAR). 13. Support PPAP and VPDS tasks
