Industrial Excellence & Productivity Manager
Localização: São João da Madeira, Portugal
Help us build one of Europe's leading mattress manufacturing companies.
Bed&Sofa Factory is a fast-growing European manufacturer specialising in mattresses, upholstered beds and foam products.
As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are entering a new phase of industrial development and are looking for an experienced Industrial Excellence & Productivity Manager to play a key role in the transformation of our manufacturing operations.
This is not a traditional production management role.
We are looking for a hands-on industrial leader who is passionate about improving productivity, eliminating bottlenecks, optimising manufacturing processes and building a high-performance factory capable of supporting long-term growth.
Your initial mission will be to lead the transformation of our manufacturing operations by identifying opportunities for improvement, challenging existing practices and implementing sustainable operational excellence across the factory.
This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact from day one and, for the right candidate, to grow into a long-term industrial leadership Cargo within Bed&Sofa Factory.

Your Mission
Your Primeira challenge will be to support the transformation of our manufacturing operations by significantly improving productivity, operational efficiency and production capacity.
This mission will require a hands-on approach, working closely with production teams to analyse current processes, eliminate bottlenecks and implement sustainable operational improvements.
Once this transformation has been successfully completed, the role is expected to evolve into a broader industrial leadership Cargo, supporting the long-term development of Bed&Sofa Factory.
