What will be the role?
Crowne Plaza Porto is looking for an Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing to support the Commercial Director in the execution of the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy.
This role combines a strong focus on Groups & Events with day-to-day support to the sales team, ensuring alignment, performance, and successful delivery of commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate will act as a key link between strategy and execution, supporting both leadership and team development while actively contributing to revenue generation.
