Excellent opportunity to join a IVD multinational company who is hiring a Customer Support Hotline for the subsidiary based in Lisbon.
Your new role
This professional will be responsible to provide technical support to the customers by phone, and to align all the needs with the applications specialists and service team. Additionally, this person will record all aspects of call services, documentation and complaints, as well as ascertains that the hotline instruments and reagents are functioning up to specification, maintaining high level of knowledge on company instruments and reagents.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with experience in similar positions or as a Laboratory Technician in Clinical Analysis. Academic background in Life Sciences area (eg. Clinical and Public Health Analysis/Bioanalytical Sciences). Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory. This professional should be dynamic, has good communication skills, adaptability, time management skills and teamwork spirit.
