Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the asset management arm of the Nordea Group, the leading financial services group in the Nordics with the vision of being a leading European Asset Manager. We want to do this by delivering returns with responsibility. The group has more than 9 million clients and 33,000 employees. NAM has around 900 employees and manages more than EUR 300 billion in assets for institutional, wholesale and retail clients across the Nordic region and the globe.
About This OpportunityYou will be part of the Governance function within Nordea Asset Management, responsible for leading and coordinating AI‑related initiatives across Governance and with key stakeholders across the organisation. You will act as a central enabler, ensuring that AI initiatives are progressed, aligned, and embedded into governance processes in line with regulatory requirements and Nordea standards. This is an important role combining project leadership, stakeholder management, and operational execution. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape how AI is operationalised within Governance, at the intersection of regulation, risk management and innovation.
