Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, more specifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira. We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Trainee to join our team, supporting initiatives that enhance production efficiency and operational excellence within a Maison where heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation come together in the creation of luxury leather goods

In an environment where every detail matters and savoir-faire is expressed through both artisanal mastery and industrial precision, this internship offers the opportunity to discover the full production cycle of our products while contributing to the continuous refinement of our manufacturing processes. Working closely with the teams, you will gain hands-on exposure to lean methodologies and improvement initiatives that help shape the excellence behind each creatio
