About Role
Great service isn't loud — it's precise, warm, and intentional. At Neptune Commune, our waiters are not just taking orders. They shape how every guest experiences the house. If you take quiet pride in doing service properly, we'd like to meet you.
As a Waiter at Courage Bistro, you set the tone of the floor from the moment guests arrive. Through attentive, natural service, you help create an experience that feels smooth, welcoming, and genuinely cared for — from Primeira contact to farewell. You guide guests through the menu with confidence, stay aware of the room's rhythm, and keep service moving with calm precision. You work closely with the Head Waiter, but during service, strong ownership of your section is essential.
