Pleo is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Sales hub in Lisbon, while supporting customers in the the DACH region The BDA team is expected to assist the Small Customers on their journey with Pleo, from their early days in the platform to becoming Pleo advocates. This role is a hybrid role: primarily focusing on helping our smaller customers sign up to Pleo, and adopt our features on their journey to become Pleo fans.
This role will be based from our Lisbon office, which is our exciting Sales Hub. If youre already in Portugal- great! If not, well help you with the relocation, both practically with support and with financial help.
Whats the role? - Assist our teams focus on the micro-customer segment (<10 employees)
- Nurture, support, and process sales for any new inbound lead belonging to our micro-customer segment
- Speaking to Pleo customers, encouraging and teaching them to grow and adopt more advanced Pleo features to get the most out of our service
- Focus on keeping our customers happy to ensure they stick with Pleo
- Grow the volume of customers that are referred by Pleo Partners
- Receive, qualify, and triage all inbound communication from all communication channels; email, and/or other performance marketing channels
- You will be working to hit various daily and weekly revenue KPIs

- A degree OR prior experience working in a call centre environment
